Application Instructions tank placement / foundation
The foundation is made well and is very important for all of the water tank. Every 1000 liters of water weighs 1 ton, so it is important to consider the manufacturing foundation that can withstand the weight of the entire tank.
Types of laying the tank:
Tower made of metal frame that is not pedestal base there are gaps in the tank.
Tower made of reinforced concrete
Dak of reinforced concrete
The ground floor of reinforced concrete or masonry wall
The foundation for the tank base must be clean, flat, meetings and flat (water level)
Placement location to build a solid foundation to be in stable condition
The width of the foundation should be larger than the diameter of the tank.
Do not put a water tank on top of the installation of piping and / or buried cable that may require servicing or maintenance.

Do not install the water tank on top of underground structures such as sheds, septic tanks, sewer, etc.

Installation of the tank - the pump
Polyethylene tanks have a tolerance limit for elastic expansion / shrinkage is 3% of the dimensions of the tank. All tank connections should have a provision that allows movement when the tank expands / shrinks due to changes in temperature and load.
Use the pump according to the required pressure.
Pump put into place that is easy to be checked if a problem occurs.
Place the pump as close to the water source, due to the far distance of the suction pipe (suction) pipe will add power thrust (discharge).
Installation of the pump must not be directly or close to the tank outlet.
Use flexible connections to protect the walls of the tank from the pump vibration. See the picture
Pumps must be bound (the screw) strong on the stand, to avoid movement and vibration when the pump is operating.
Reduce the number of bends in the pipe joints to prevent leaks in plumbing installation and minimize energy barriers.
Attach the Sand Sieve (strainer) for an easy source of water sucked dirt.
